Creating a better (and kinder) world, one brain at a time

I'm on a mission to create a better future for us all using new world alchemy, as I truly believe that our old ways are not working for us.Our environment dictates so much about how well we'll be.We live in an increasingly hostile world, so we need to equip ourselves with the right tools to help us live well and avoid dis-ease.I've spend over two decades researching, learning and developing models of human transformation to help people live at their full potential. To not just survive, but to thrive.I write bespoke programmes and processes with originality, authenticity, wisdom and full knowledge of brain, body and spirit interactions.

About Dr Rachel

I'm a curious learner on an exciting journey of discovery. With a background in Cognitive Neuroscience and a passion for understanding the human brain and body, I hold a PhD and have studied diverse fields like Psychology, Molecular Biology, and Education.Originally focused on exploring joy and its impact on our genetic makeup, I stumbled upon a misconception about happiness and autism. This led me to delve into the well-being of individuals on the autism spectrum, realising that what they truly desired was to be heard and understood. With a shift in my research, I developed the first theory of well-being for people with autism through a storytelling approach. Instead of solely pursuing joy, I now strive to make a tangible difference in people's lives, regardless of who they are.My fascination with learning stems from a desire to comprehend the various aspects of humanity, from the molecular level to the spiritual, in order to uncover what truly improves lives. I believe that true transformation lies not in a magical solution but in embracing our shared humanity.I'm dedicated to creating a kinder and better world, one brain at a time. My core values revolve around authenticity, equity, and the pursuit of truth, all infused with a touch of whimsy and magic.
